Burnished copper, and desert-blush light create a setting that is intimate yet transportive. Every detail, from the scent of woodsmoke and citrus to the gentle cadence of Persian instrumentation, is designed to slow time and draw guests deeper into the Anar universe.
For over 20 years, Anar has been a Souk Madinat landmark where tradition breathes again, not as nostalgia, but as something beautifully alive, modern, and full of spirit.

The cuisine at Anar is a reawakening of Persian culinary wisdom. Familiar, soulful, and enriched with quiet modernity. Our philosophy, Neo-Persian Soul, brings forward the flavours of ancient kitchens: orchards, fire, earth, smoke, herbs, dried fruits, saffron, pomegranate.
Stews deepen and glisten. Grills crackle with spice and smoke. Khorak-e Gaardan prepared tableside with gentle theatre. Bright sabzi khordan, jeweled rice, and aromatic broths create a sensory journey through Persia’s landscapes.
